Katie Turner is a young multidisciplinary photographer that specialises across a wide range of different photographic genres. She began her journey down a photographic path after studying the subject at A-level just to "try it out". She's currently studying on the BA Photography course I her second year at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge.
One of her most recent projects dives into sustainable fashion with a specific focus on charity shops being the beating heart of the issue. Some images from this project can be found in her portfolio here.

While she has a few different cameras, her go to is the Canon EOS 4000D alongside her 75-300mm zoom lens. This is because she "finds it works well for such a wide genres of photography including portraits, wildlife, and motorsport which means I don't need to carry several lenses with me". While she does prefer to work digitally most of the time, she does also work with analogue cameras from time to time seeing as she has quite a few. these include an Olympus and a Halina alongside a new Insta Mini Liplay which she is currently using for more personal images of friends and family.
While he has not fully decided on what genre of photography she would like to explore yet. She has a very deep love for motorsport and being able to become a Formula 1 photographer would be life changing and achieve something that "would not feel like a job. I would just enjoy the sport while photographing and documenting the race"
